Our design won the hearts of MSA stakeholders from the start, with custom-design lamps in the shape of their iconic V-Gard hard hats taking pride of place in the pantry. Focusing on MSA’s values of employee well-being as well as its corporate design standards, ID21’s space planning incorporated “light farming” so the employees seated in the middle could still benefit from light from the windows.
Sankalp Navjivan, Vice President – MSA’s GM for Pacific Asia attributes the new space as instrumental in helping create a strong brand and “one culture” environment. “The new training center gives us the space and the correct tools to have training conducted on site for our customers and employees. In addition, it has helped us save money as we were spending a fortune having sales conferences and training in local hotels.”
Another benefit that MSA continues to see is talent attraction and retention. “People want to work in a nice environment. They want a modern, open-air office that makes them feel good. So it has absolutely helped with talent attraction too,” added Mr Navjivan.
