Following a series of discovery workshops with the client and their brand consultant, the onus was on how interior design and space planning principles could co-create a cohesively branded experiential ambience for the new interlinked two-storey office and customer contact points.
The design language – with the underlying intention of developing synergy between linearity and apportionment of fixed and modular zones – was a strategic translation of the brand DNA into “serendipitous” layers of space, surface, aspects and dimensions.
All meeting rooms have doors and walls that can be completely collapsed to create extensive and inclusive town hall spaces for both floors. This versatile and dynamic use of space was intended to engage discourse and dialogue as users from both floors unite to create their own unique and transformational workplaces and workspaces together.
Adaptability in an ever evolving business landscape was what ID21 had in mind when future-proofing the design of this new regional headquarter of ACE Insurance.
